I am a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and five years as a business owner. I am the Founder and Owner of MBS Therapeutics, where I blend traditional therapy with holistic healing to create a luxury wellness experience that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling from Empire State College and my Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo. My expertise spans self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, and work-life balance, with a focus on helping high-achieving women find peace, alignment, and emotional freedom.

I have extensive experience helping individuals with a wide variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, substance use, and a history of trauma/abuse (in childhood and adulthood). I am passionate about helping trauma victims become survivors through different therapy models, such as Narrative Therapy. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Counseling from Pillar College, and Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I have over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations in various settings, and a great appreciation for the adolescent mind. I work with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. My experience has allowed me the opportunity to work closely with young people navigating various mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges. I am dedicated to supporting children and adolescents as they process and heal from early childhood and teenage experiences of relational, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumatic events. My approach is personalized and rooted in therapeutic interventions and techniques designed to help young people recover from past traumas and rediscover their inner strengths, tools, and confidence to face life’s challenges. It is my absolute pleasure to support and observe their growth as they make positive decisions, achieve personal goals, reset their foundation for future success, and embark on new beginnings!

I'm a Charlotte, NC native, and I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from Johnson C Smith University, then attended The University of New England to obtain my Master's in Social Work. I have been a Child, Family, and Group Therapist since 2015. My experience includes working with individuals and families with varying diagnoses and with families experiencing homelessness and children with parents who have been incarcerated and have severe mental health and/or trauma. Therapy is not an easy journey. My professional and personal experiences have equipped me to work alongside you to address your mental health, set healthy boundaries in relationships, and work on goals to improve your lifestyle and well-being.
