Tiffany McCullough

Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma are all issues that keep a person from living the life that they truly want to live; or keep a couple from connecting on a level that maybe they use to; or keep a family from relating and understanding each other.

My name is Tiffany.  I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Mercer University in Atlanta and received my Bachelor’s in Psychology for University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have over 7 years of clinical experience ranging from working for a nonprofit where I worked with pregnant and parenting teens, community mental health work with teenagers and families, as well as working for an inpatient rehabilitation facility for teens and adults struggling with chemical dependence. My passions include helping couples, families, and adults who may be struggling with a variety of issues that are keeping them from realizing their true potential in life. Whatever issues arise, I pride myself in helping people navigate through these issues which can help them create and step into the life they desire.

My name is Courtney Moore. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my Master's Degree in Social Work. I have extensive experience helping individuals with a wide variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, substance use, and a history of trauma/abuse (in childhood and adulthood).

I am passionate about helping trauma victims become survivors through different therapy models, such as Narrative Therapy. Trauma comes in all forms, from smaller daily traumas to big traumas. I am here to help you through all of them. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment for you to work through all of life's challenges in order to achieve your goals.

My job is to meet you where you are and help you bloom into the individual you wish to become! I tailor my sessions based on the client's needs, wants, and goals using different models such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and other therapeutic methods. I utilize my personal experiences, knowledge, education, and trainings to assist my clients in developing their tool kit to overcome any life or mental health challenge they might be facing or will face in the future.

I would love to help you throughout your mental health journey. You are not alone!
